Easy & Versatile Adjustments -- Dial mechanism adjusted to stay put on head and fit snug, with size M in 21.26-22.83in. (54-58cm) suitable for youth/adults, L in 23.23-24.01in. (59-61cm) for adults; side buckles can loosen or tighten chin strap, which helps with fit and holding in long ride while snap buckle makes it easy to put on or take off.
